About Us

Welcome to the Pomona College Coop Store! We are located in the Smith Campus Center at Pomona College in Claremont, CA. The Store is owned and operated by the Associated Students of Pomona College and employs Pomona College students exclusively. We provide many services for the students of the Claremont Colleges, including:

·        Claremont Cash deposit services

·        Board game, video game, and bike checkout

·        Pomona gifts and apparel

·        A large variety of food and drinks to fuel those late night study sessions!

While the Coop Store is first and foremost an esteemed brick and mortar establishment, we also provide mail order services through our website. Simply place an order online, and a Coopster will ship it out to you!

The Coop Store was founded in 1918 by three students, Derwood Baker, Morris B. Pendleton, and Lawrence T. Cooper. Their endeavor, The Associated Students Cooperative Store, began as a small establishment in the basement of Holmes Hall but has since expanded and now has a strong presence on campus. So whether you’re looking for a sweatshirt, an energy drink, a Clif Bar, or simply a friendly Coopster to chat with, be sure to stop by the Pomona College Coop Store and make all your dreams come true!
