Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Shipping

As a student-run store, we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. All orders are fulfilled by student managers, and processing time occurs before shipping begins.

Please allow 3–10 business days for order processing. This means your order will not be shipped until after this processing period is complete. Once your order has been fulfilled, delivery time will then depend on the shipping method you selected at checkout (e.g., Priority, Standard, etc.).

Choosing expedited or priority shipping does not reduce processing time—it only affects how quickly the package arrives after it has been shipped.

During holidays and academic breaks, the store may be minimally staffed or closed. If you need an item by a specific date (such as a holiday gift), we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance, before the semester ends.

Out-of-Stock Items

Occasionally, items may become out of stock after an order is placed. If this happens, we will contact you via email with the following options:

  • Wait for the item to be restocked (restock times may range from weeks to months)

  • Exchange the item for a different size, color, or product (price differences may apply)

  • Receive a refund for the out-of-stock item

Orders containing multiple items will not be shipped until we receive your response regarding how you would like to proceed.

Returns/Exchanges

Please contact the Coop Store Management team at coop.user@pomona.edu or call (909) 607-2264 to initiate a return or exchange. Please allow 1-3 business days for a manager's response via email.
