Refund policy

Please retain receipts for all purchases until you receive your products and are certain that they are what you expected. If you are unhappy with any product you received, you may return it to our store through mail or in-store. All items returned must still have the tag attached and be in good condition. Before returning or exchanging any item by mail, please contact our employees:

Mail Returns/Exchanges

If you are returning a product or products through mail, please include your receipt and a note specifying whether you we will be refunding or exchanging the product. You do not have to send it in its original packaging.

•If it is a return, we will refund your card the price of the product(s). The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
•If it is an exchange, we will send you the correct item. If the original item is less expensive than the item you have requested in its place, we will have to charge you the difference plus shipping. If the item exchanged is the same price, only shipping will be charged. If the wrong item was sent to you by our own error, shipping charges will not apply.
•If you received a damaged item, you will be refunded the cost of that item or you will receive another in its place.

In-store Returns/Exchanges

If you happen to be near our fine establishment and need to return or exchange an item you ordered, just stop in! What you need:

•The item(s).
•A receipt. If it was a gift, please provide the name of the purchaser. We will need to look up the order.

If you require a refund, we will use your receipt or name of purchaser and the amount will be refunded online. Shipping will not be refunded.
